Shandong Ningchuan manufactures stainless steel filtration and water treatment equipment for chemical processing plants: multi-bag filter housings for solvent and resin filtration, SS316L vessels for corrosive media, FRP pressure tanks for ion exchange and RO pretreatment, and high-flow cartridge systems for process water polishing.
Chemical duty is hard on hardware. Chlorides, acids and solvents attack ordinary equipment, so we build in SS316 / SS316L as standard, with seal compounds (EPDM, NBR, Viton, PTFE) selected against your actual liquid and temperature. Every vessel is pressure-tested in our own workshop before shipment.

Common questions from overseas buyers about chemical industry water treatment equipment — click a question to expand.
For chloride-containing or mildly acidic streams we normally recommend SS316L with EPDM or Viton seals; for stronger acids and solvents we suggest PTFE or FKM seals and, where needed, lined or special-alloy vessels. Tell us the liquid, concentration and temperature and we will confirm the right combination.
Yes. Our multi-bag housings hold 2 to 8 bags in parallel and our 40-inch high-flow cartridge vessels are designed for large continuous streams. Multi-vessel skids can be arranged for duty/standby or sequential change-out so the line never stops.
Every vessel is pressure-tested before leaving our workshop, and material certificates (mill test reports) plus pressure test reports can be issued with the shipment on request.
Yes. As a manufacturer we build to your drawing: vessel diameter, bag or cartridge quantity, nozzle size and position, flange standard (ANSI / DIN / JIS), jackets and surface finish. OEM and ODM orders are welcome.
Standard housings and tanks are typically 10–20 working days; custom chemical-duty vessels and multi-vessel skids take 20–35 working days. We ship with full export packing and documentation from Qingdao port.
