Our SS316L membrane housings, precision filters and sterile tanks are built for the hygiene, traceability and cleanability that GMP environments demand.
In pharma duty, every surface that touches water must be inert, smooth and cleanable. That is why we use SS316L with a low-Ra electropolished finish, orbital welds, and dead-leg-minimised nozzle layouts. Reusable sintered stainless steel cartridges and sanitary bag filters protect expensive RO and UF membranes and cut consumable cost.
We build to your specification and can provide material and surface-finish certificates. Whether you are upgrading a PW/WFI train, a CIP skid or a laboratory pure-water loop, we supply the vessels, the cartridges and the membranes as a matched, documented package.
