A high flow filter cartridge replaces a whole rack of standard 40-inch cartridges with a single large-flux element. Because one cartridge handles the flow of many, the housing count, piping and change-out labour all fall — a simple way to cut both capital and operating cost in large water systems.

A high flow cartridge is an oversized element (usually 40 inches long and much wider than a standard cartridge) that handles the flow of many ordinary cartridges. Using one large-flux element instead of a full rack cuts the number of housings, the piping, the footprint and the labour to change elements — which lowers both capital and running cost.
We supply 40-inch (1016 mm) single large-flux cartridges, multi-core 3-core / 5-core / 7-core formats, and 20-inch variants. Media options are PP melt-blown, pleated PP / PES / PTFE, and sintered stainless steel, with micron ratings from 0.1 to 200 µm.
Match the rating to what must be removed and what is downstream. A 5 µm element is a common choice for RO security filtration; use 0.5–1 µm for finer polish duty, or 10–50 µm where the load is heavier. If you send us your flow rate and the particle size to be removed, we will recommend the rating and element count.
Yes. We manufacture matching SS304 / SS316 precision (cartridge) filter housings in-house, so you can source the housing and the high flow element together, sized as a matched set. Large-flux housings hold one or a few elements and replace a rack of standard housings.
Our high flow cartridges are built to the common 222 / 226 end-cap and O-ring standards, so they interchange with the widely used high-flow housing designs. Send us the housing model or a photo and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
