FRP (fibreglass reinforced plastic) tanks are filament-wound composite vessels: continuous glass fibre is wound under tension and bonded with resin to form a shell that is strong, light and completely corrosion-resistant. Unlike steel or coated tanks, FRP never rusts — which is why it has become the standard material for water treatment and chemical duty.
Shandong Ningchuan supplies FRP pressure vessels and storage tanks for RO pretreatment, water softening, sand and carbon filtration, chemical storage and desalination. We produce standard sizes such as 1054, 1254, 1665 and 2069, and build custom diameters, heights and nozzle layouts to your drawing.
Every tank is wound and cured in our own workshop and pressure-tested before shipment. Options include a PE or ABS inner liner for potable-water and chemical duty, threaded or flanged ports, and base or skid mounting. OEM and ODM orders with your own branding are welcome.

We are a manufacturer. Our FRP tanks are filament-wound and cured in our own workshop in Linyi, Shandong, China, and pressure-tested before shipment. We supply both standard and custom tanks directly to overseas buyers.
Choose FRP when you want the lowest cost per litre, no corrosion and light weight — FRP is ideal for sand, carbon and softening tanks and for chemical storage. Choose stainless steel when you need higher pressure, higher temperature, a sanitary finish, or potable-water storage to a stricter hygiene standard.
Standard FRP tank sizes include 1054, 1254, 1665, 2069 and 3072 (diameter/height codes). Custom diameters, heights and nozzle layouts are available on request, so the tank can be sized exactly to your flow rate and media volume.
Yes. For potable-water duty we supply tanks with a PE or ABS inner liner and a food-grade, gel-coated finish, so the water does not contact bare resin. Tell us the application when you enquire and we will quote the correct liner option.
Yes. We can supply the tank complete with quartz sand, activated carbon or ion-exchange resin, plus a multi-port automatic valve or a butterfly-valve manifold, so your filtration skid arrives ready to install.
We accept trial orders from 1 piece. Standard sizes ship in roughly 10–20 working days; custom diameters take 20–30 working days. Send us your flow rate, media type and available space for a sized recommendation.
