A stainless steel filter housing (also called a filter vessel or cartridge filter housing) is the pressure shell that holds the filter element or filter bag. It is the part that has to resist corrosion, pressure and temperature — which is why serious industrial users specify SS304 or SS316L rather than painted carbon steel.
We build cartridge filter housings (1 to 40 elements), precision filter housings, single and multi-bag vessels, and large-diameter sanitary housings in SS304, SS316 and SS316L. Connection styles include flange, thread, tri-clamp and victaulic; finishes range from sandblast to mirror polish Ra ≤ 0.4 µm. Custom drawings, OEM and ODM orders are welcome.

Standard and engineered vessels for every duty
Holds melt-blown, pleated, string-wound or sintered cartridges — 1 to 40 elements in a single vessel. The workhorse for RO pre-filtration and fine chemical duty.
Single or multi-bag vessels that take fabric filter bags. Higher flow and dirt load than cartridges, with fast, low-cost bag change-out.
Tri-clamp or DIN connections, mirror-polished interior and crevice-free welding for food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical filtration.
Up to 2.5 MPa (higher on request) for desalination and process duty, plus large-diameter housings that handle very high flow in a small footprint.

We are a manufacturer. Our factory is in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China, where we cut, weld, polish and pressure-test filter housings and vessels in-house. You are welcome to visit, or to ask us for a video factory tour.
A cartridge filter housing holds cylindrical filter elements (melt-blown, pleated or sintered) and gives finer, more consistent filtration — good for RO security filtration. A bag filter housing holds a fabric bag, handles much higher flow and dirt load, and is cheaper to operate because only the bag is replaced. Many plants use a bag filter first and a cartridge filter downstream.
SS304 is the standard choice for water, mildly corrosive liquids and general industrial duty. Choose SS316 or SS316L for chlorides, seawater, aggressive chemicals, and for food, dairy and pharmaceutical duty where higher corrosion resistance and a smoother finish are required.
Yes. As a manufacturer we build to your drawing: element count, vessel diameter, nozzle size and position, connection standard (ANSI / DIN / JIS), finish, and jacket or trolley options. OEM and ODM orders with your own logo and packaging are welcome, and sampling before mass production is available.
Our standard range covers 0.6 / 1.0 / 1.6 and 2.5 MPa (roughly 90–360 PSI). Higher ratings are built on request. Standard working temperature is up to 120 °C; the actual limit depends on the seal material (EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone).
